MANAGEMENT
	Dan Deener, CPCU, CIC, is co-owner of the United Agency and has been with the company since 1976. His specialty is in personal and business insurance and is also a licensed real-estate broker. Dan is the 2006-2007 President of the Kansas Association of Insurance Agents.

Fred Bunting, Vice-President & co-owner of United Agency, joined the staff in 1982 as a property and casualty insurance agent after a 20-year career in the meat packing industry. Fred specializes in small business, farm & ranch, and personal insurance. He also serves as supervising broker for our real estate department.

	Stephen Ross, President of United Agency, specializes in both commercial and personal insurance. Steve has been a member of many insurance company advisory councils on both regional and national levels. He was a member of the Insurance Commissioner's Workers Compensation Task Force and is a Past President of the Independent Insurance Agents of Kansas.
INSURANCE
	Scott Sweetwood , CSA, joined United Agency in 2003. He is a Certified Senior Advisor with specialization in the area of Annuities and Long-Term Care. Scott handles most of the life and health insurance for the agency and is also licensed to serve your Commercial and Personal Insurance needs as well.
Rhonda Pike, CISR has been with United Agency since 1994. She is licensed in Kansas & Missouri and is the Processing Manager for the Rural Access Program, Underwritten by Hawkeye-Security Insurance. This Program is a Personal & Commercial lines market for Agents throughout Kansas and Missouri.
REAL ESTATE
Carol Daulton, Associate Broker, has been affiliated with United Agency since 1956. She has been in real-estate since 1980.
	Connie Carder, Realtor, has been a licensed Realtor for over 23 years and a Broker/Associate with United since 1987. Her specialty is in residential homes. Connie has been a Million Dollar Sales and Listing Agent numerous times.
Lindy Folks has been an Associate Broker with United Agency since 1985. She is experienced in residential and commercial sales. Lindy has been a member of the Million Dollar Sales and Listing Club for several years.
	Sharon Kelly has been a licensed Realtor with United Agency since 1993. As a 3rd generation Realtor specializing in residential sales, Sharon's biggest asset is the ability to listen to customers' wants and needs and to find their dream home.
Geri Parry began her real estate career in 1975 in Great Bend, Kansas and later moved to Kansas City. Geri has been with United Agency since 1992.
	Ramona Masterson has joined the Real Estate staff of United Agency, January 2001. She brings 14 years experience in listing and selling real estate in the Arkansas City area.
Marcia Weston joined the Real Estate staff of United Agency June 2002. She is a lifetime resident of Arkansas City and has worked in the business community for over 30 years. Marcia is excited about her new career as a Realtor.
CUSTOMER SERVICE
Millie Pool has been with United Agency since 1976. Holding an insurance license in Kansas, she is a CSR in our personal lines department.
Juanita Stone (Now semi-retired) serves as Real Estate back up. Juanita is a licensed Kansas Realtor. She has worked for United Agency since 1979.
Jan Bartel is United Agency's Bookkeeper, she has been with the company since 1981. Jan is also licensed in insurance and assists our CSR's.
Linda Mullins has been in the insurance business for 25 years. Most of that time she was a CSR in personal lines. Since 1996 Linda has been licensed and is a CSR in our commercial lines department.
Rhonda Jo Brown, Claims Manager, & Personal Lines CSR, she has been with United Agency since 1996. You will recognize her smiling voice and smiling face when you visit United Agency.
Billie Swanson joined The United Agency Team in 2000. She is licensed in Insurance and Real Estate. Billie works as a CSR in the commercial lines department and is the Real Estate Secretary for our seven Realtors.
